英國影子大臣：台海若受攻擊 沒有人可置身事外
【新唐人北京時間2026年07月10日訊】7月9日，英國國安影子大臣在X平台貼出視頻和圖片，講述她在台灣參加國際海洋論壇，並親臨台灣海峽的感受。她指出，中共對台灣的敵對行動正在增加，如果台灣受到攻擊，將立即導致全球GDP下降近9%，這將對世界的經濟乃至人們的生活方式產生極為嚴重的衝擊。
艾麗西亞·科恩斯（Alicia Kearns）是英國的保守黨議員，也是英國國家安全與保障的影子大臣。7月9日，她在X平台貼出了前往台灣參加台灣國際海洋論壇，並親臨台灣海峽的照片和視頻，她在貼文中表示，如果台灣捲入衝突，將波及所有人。
科恩斯表示，她與她的國際同事們一起登上了台灣海巡船的甲板，親眼目睹了台灣海峽，並對台灣水域進行了一次實地考察，她表示，她們是首批駛入台灣海峽的國際議員。
她在拍攝的視頻中表示，登船實地考察讓她能夠切身體驗，台灣面對的是怎樣的現實。她手指著金門和附近的島嶼說：「中共每月大約入侵這些島嶼附近台灣海域三到四次。但是自川普總統訪問北京以來，台灣更廣闊的水域也出現了敵對行動增加的情況，尤其是來自更大型海軍艦艇的行動。」

她表示，作為英國的國家安全影子大臣，她有責任了解攻擊台灣會對英國的經濟和韌性造成怎樣的影響。她說：「毫無疑問，任何此類攻擊幾乎都會立即導致全球GDP下降近9%。因此，這將對我們的經濟乃至生活方式產生極為嚴重的衝擊。」
她還在貼文中寫道：「如果台灣捲入衝突，那將波及我們所有人：世界經濟將遭受約10兆美元的打擊，遠超新冠疫情和金融危機的影響，而且支撐現代生活的晶片也將在一夜之間消失。」
她因此認為，台灣海峽如果發生攻擊事件，沒有人可以置身事外，並強調威懾的重要性。她說：「威懾比戰爭更經濟，而威懾始於我們擁有堅守陣地的勇氣。我們肩負重任。」
此前，她還貼出了更多與台灣總統賴清德、副總統蕭美琴以及其他官員合影的照片。她表示，台灣政府官員始終沒有希望民主國家替它作戰，而是請求一起遏制攻擊。
她表示，行動至關重要。並寫道：「民主國家不能只依賴聲明來捍衛自身，我們必須與夥伴們並肩作戰，展現出可見的立場。」
7月7日，台灣召開了台灣國際海洋論壇會，台灣總統賴清德歡迎來自全球的嘉賓參加。他在貼文中寫道：「日益增長的灰色地帶威脅和海上脅迫帶來了前所未有的區域挑戰。台灣渴望與全球夥伴緊密合作，共同努力增強海洋韌性。」

台灣駐英國辦事處回應了科恩斯的貼文，並呼籲，民主國家必須團結起來，捍衛共同的價值，因為中共在台灣週邊水域的入侵和騷擾威脅著區域安全、航行自由和全球航運秩序。

近一個月以來，中共海警多次騷擾台灣東部海域，台灣海巡署調派船艦全程併航監控，駁斥駁斥中共是「假執法、真擴權」，進行認知作戰，並表示將強勢驅離騷擾台灣海域的中共船隻。中共的行為已經引起英、美、法、德等國家關切。
